Why Salem Kettlebell?

I started Salem Kettlebell Training to help you find your strength: to discover your individual bodily wellbeing so that you can do what you love and live a long, safe, and healthy life with those who matter most to you.

Salem Kettlebell has a greater purpose, too:

To strengthen our community. We are part of something bigger than ourselves. We think globally, act civically, and lend our strength and health to the marginalized, oppressed, and voiceless. We contribute to a cultural shift toward social justice, equity, and togetherness.

We have fun. We learn together. We get a little nerdy (and playfully irreverent), but we keep the focus on building strength and health for you and our world, and being human well.
